Our client, a fast-growing corporation within the travel and tourism industry located in Deerfield Beach, FL is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis immediately.

The Marketing Coordinator will be familiar with a variety of marketing programs, possess strong analytical and reporting skills and be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the marketing leadership team and will collaborate with many internal groups and partners, assisting in various aspects of marketing for the corporation across all mediums (print, digital, social, event production, etc.)


  • Manage the marketing calendar for events, digital, traditional, and other key projects.
  • Support the team with the delivery of marketing initiatives – trafficking projects in digital, print, social media, and other channels.
  • Assist in the development of content and creative for the various marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and forecasting process – working with finance to process invoices, keep track of expenses and develop department forecasts to keep track of monthly spending/budgets.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and monitor marketing ROI across different channels and campaigns.
  • Communicate key marketing programs and information to internal teams as necessary.
  • Work with customer service and social media team on community review & management across various social platforms.
  • Maintain promo library up to date (dates promos have run, assets used per promo, etc.).


  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Agency or Travel and Tourism experience a huge plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and team player.
  • Strong organizational & project management skills.
  • Analytical expertise & financial management skills.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM reporting and management.
