Our client, a corporation located in Boca Raton is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, the right candidate will be responsible for the planning and implementation of a broad range of paid search and pay for performance programs to drive acquisition efforts.

The primary focus is to constantly manage and execute high quality and converting media campaigns to meet or exceed forecast. This role helps to orchestrate the digital search strategy with key goals of increasing acquisition, revenue and retention. Long term this role will help reduce media cost to acquire new customers and increase brand awareness by integrating ad copy and user experience best practices.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long term for all lines of business to support sales and revenue goals of the organization
  • Lead the media, creative agencies, consultants and other internal teams to create online media campaigns to drive promotions and offers
  • Administer strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
  • Conduct on-going analysis of the competitive landscape within digital and provide trending and recommendations to the team
  • Manage marketing budget as it relates to paid search and pay for performance media
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing targets fall within designated budgets
  • Monitor PPC trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth


  • Bachelors degree, preferred focus in marketing, advertising or communications, Math or Stats
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing with direct response marketing experience.Previous experience working in the on-line/acquisition environment with a keen understanding of Search Engine Marketing and the digital media landscape
  • Highly exposed to managing agencies and the complexity of paid search and display campaigns across multiple products and countries
  • Experience with marketing strategy and marketing plan development
  • Skilled at using and interpreting analytics, consumer research and financial analysis to develop marketing strategies for digital media
  • Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated individual with an ability to navigate a multi-layered organization and create a synergetic environment among cross-functional departments
  • Strong experience with bid management tools; knowledge of different types of search engine marketing tactics




  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
