Our client, an e-commerce company in the accessories industry and run with social responsibility, is looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join their team for a freelance to full time opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL (can be remote as well).

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating, creating/curating content, images, video for social media posts including Instagram
  • Organize social media content by creating a visual and editorial calendar with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Airtable, Planoly, Google Sheets
  • Creating written content not only for social media but also including but not limited to emails, blog posts, ads, product descriptions
  • Managing company blog: writer outreach, interviews, and edits
  • Collaborate with the customer service department in order to get customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Monitor and communicate with social users using company brand, voice, and tone
  • Responsible for social media strategy and monitoring analytics weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual etc. (Google Analytics, iconosquare, etc)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in social meda
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Familiar and comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, Yelp, Snapchat etc)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
