Onward Search is looking for a bilingual Public Relations Specialistto join our corporate client in Miami for an onsite contract opportunity!
Develop editorial calendars for key talents’ social media platforms to promote network programming
Accompany productions to create necessary content to fulfill editorial calendars
Create tailor-made content for external influencers and media outlets
Work in tandem with publicists to roll-out digital publicity plan in conjunction with 360 Comms Plan
Create editorial calendars for selected talent (4 leads) for production phase and pre-premiere publicity push
Accompany productions to create content for talent to satisfy editorial calendar
Liaise directly with production team to understand production schedules and key moments to be captured
Assist talent in implementing their respective editorial calendars
Develop tailor-made content for external influencers’ platforms to promote programming launches
Assist key talent with social media takeovers for external outlets
Work with talent to create customized content for external media outlets
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations or related field
3+ years of professional publicity experience and online community management including prior experience working with talent
Ability to produce thorough reports and executive summaries detailing the results of strategic efforts regarding Social Media
Deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic market and technical/social inclinations, as well as best practices for Social Media campaigns
Prior broadcast or media experience is a plus
Must be flexible, nimble, and adaptable
Strong capability in written content creation is critical
Must be highly organized and able to manage/prioritize multiple concurrent projects
Must be fully fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
