Our client, a boutique agency is looking for an Account Coordinator who has or is working for an advertising agency to join their team!

In this role, you will work with the marketing and advertising teams and coordinate between the client and agency. Thus, your understanding of all the available channels in the marketing ecosystem is absolutely crucial. Working closely with Business Managers across a family of brands, and armed with your command of multiple marketing tactics, you'll support the development and processes needed to implement strategies to achieve specific revenue and customer retention goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Help plan and implement campaigns complementary to the efforts of the rest of the team, conducting regular meetings to assess status across customer retention channels
  • Develop job requests to coordinate the action needed, leveraging internal software to align campaigns and promotions with the appropriate tactics and customer segments
  • Working with a sense of urgency and organization will help you maintain project plans to ensure timely coordination across multiple internal stakeholders as well as with our other agency partners
  • Analyze the performance of these tactics per segment, gleaning the required insight to tweak your customer retention strategy to gain better results, while identifying and keeping record of the factors which led to the successes and weaknesses of campaigns

Requirements:

  • Candidates with 2 - 3 years of agency or client-side experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications greatly preferred
