Our client, a top lifestyle brand located in San Francisco is looking to hire a freelance Motion Graphic Designer for a 4+ month assignment. (Possibility of extending for the right candidate).
You will work with art directors, designers and writers to develop text graphic sequences and other motion graphics. You should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your understanding of design and animation.
Work with creative directors, producers and internal partners to craft graphics for a variety of marketing assets including videos, title cards, end cards, email and social assets.
Pre-visualize (concept descriptions, style frames, motion tests) and sell in work to creative directors and partners before moving into development phases.
Work within our clients brand guidelines to develop a set of motion principals that elevate our brand and weave seamlessly into a variety of marketing assets.
Maintain the highest quality standards and organization from concept to delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
A body of work that showcases strong storytelling skills and a keen aesthetic sensibilities across a variety of brands.
Experience designing and animating graphics across a variety of mediums particularly in social!
Experience editing live action a plus
Expert in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro required.
Cinema 4D proficiency is a huge plus!
Ability to balance the creation of multiple graphic assets across multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to distill feedback, execute revisions and recommend smart, efficient solves.
Familiar and comfortable collaborating in a post-production environment.
2-6 years as a motion designer in a professional post-production environment.
