Onward Search is looking for a freelance Motion Graphics Designer who specializes in MoGraph & Animation for a 4 month to start contract that starts immediately. You'll be working with a leader in the health & wellness industry creating.

This role is in downtown San Francisco and is 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with creative directors, producers, and internal partners to craft graphics for a variety of marketing assets including videos, title cards, end cards, email, and social assets.
  • Pre-visualize (concept descriptions, style frames, motion tests) and sell in work to creative directors and partners before moving into development phases.
  • Work within the client's brand guidelines to develop a set of motion principals that elevate our brand and weave seamlessly into a variety of marketing assets.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards and organization from concept to delivery.

Requirements:

  • A body of work that showcases strong storytelling skills and keen aesthetic sensibilities across a variety of brands.
  • Experience designing and animating graphics across a variety of mediums. Documentaries, short-form, narrative, social, TV spots a huge plus!
  • Experience in editing live action a huge plus!
  • Expert in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro required.
  • Cinema 4D proficiency is a huge plus!
  • Ability to balance the creation of multiple graphics assets across various projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to distill feedback, execute revisions and recommend smart, efficient solves.
  • Familiar and comfortable collaborating in a post-production environment.
  • 2-6 years as a motion designer in a professional post-production environment.
