Our client, a leading creative communications agency, is looking for a client-facing content specialist for a contract to direct hire opportunity in Charlotte.
In this role, you will work on client site day to day and manage all communications, request and requirements for all content including written and creative. You will work closely with the team in Miami and get familiar with agency best practices. You will be supported remotely by a team who creates content and execute campaigns for our client, but your primary responsibility will be interfacing with the client, satisfying their requests, managing and growing their internal community, and creating written or designed content.
