Onward Search's client, a massive marketing based agency heavily focused in the AdTech space, is looking for a Director, Product Management to help run their current team in NYC. This candidate must have a passion for creating cutting edge, innovative products across all industries. Experience must include working on the full lifecycle of building engaging customer products.

In this role, you will be working closely with c-suite internal employees as well as high-level stakeholders. You must be able to concisely and merely walk through product road-maps for all stakeholders, designers, and developers. Projects will be ranging across all digital verticals (including Blockchain based projects).

Skills and Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Digital Product experience.
  • MUST have extensive experience in the AdTech space.
  • Experience in running a Product team within a large organization.
  • Strong Creative and Technical experience.
  • Extensive experience with working hand in hand with UX and Dev teams.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.
