Well known client is seeking a Freelance associate level Project Manager. This role will start onsite in NYC at the end of February and will be a long term contract.

In the position, it will be your job to oversee the workflow of the marketing design team of multiple brand teams. It will be your job to manage the timelines, and deliverables for the department. The projects consist of: digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, direct mail, and a variety of other marketing collateral.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years project coordinating, project management or like experience at an advertising agency or in-house creative team
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, high volume environment.
  • Experience working with executional designers as well as team leads.
  • Experience working with Basecamp or similar project management software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, "no job is too large or too small" attitude.
