Our client, a global advertising agency, is looking for a Freelance Performance Marketing & Measurement Strategist. This person will advise the client (CPG/Beauty) on performance measurement strategies and provide best practice recommendations. Additionally, they will work with the client team to facilitate their own development. This is an onsite role in NYC.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate marketing data from across data practices and the brands to help the brands make strategy and execution decisions
  • Works cross-functionally, identifies key performance indicators and establishes benchmarks to measure future performance
  • Develops effective reporting and dashboards to assess marketing performance
  • Devises, socializes, and garners support for practical and actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Conducts data analysis and mining, external data enhancement, and determine quantitative methods
  • Provides customer profiling, segmentation analysis, survey design and analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Marketing Analytics, or Bachelor of Arts in a relevant discipline (math, economics, business) with 5+ years of experience in analytics or certification in analytics
  • 5+ years of marketing analytics and insights experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in retail, cosmetics, fashion, or similar CPG industry
  • 3+ years’ experience designing and managing test & learn programs
  • 5+ years of marketing and strategy experience with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing and ecommerce
