Our client, a digital first creative agency is in need of a hybrid Integrated Project Manager / Producer to support on an ongoing freelance project. This role begins on-site in NYC as soon as possible.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the development process for mid-sized campaigns from initiation to completion across web, digital advertising and video content.
  • Create and actively manage project scopes, timelines, budgets and scopes of work.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop team-oriented solutions to overcome them without missing a beat.
  • Review timelines, costs and objectives with account teams and clients.
  • Lead internal project meetings and keep track of all necessary next steps.
  • Collaborate with integrated agency partners to advance projects.
  • Facilitate and organize all client meetings.
  • Develop deliverable and tasks lists, meeting reports and notes.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • Experience managing the full creative development process in digital creative and design.
  • Experience as an integrated producer, digital producer or project manager is necessary.
  • Expertise in Smartsheets, Excel and Keynote.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital development process including UX, IA, design, technology and the QA process.
  • Experience producing a website from start to finish.
  • Have experience partnering with Producers to develop video content.
  • Experience developing project plans, budgets, resourcing and scopes of work.
  • Bonus if you have MPI, SCRUM or AGILE certifications.
