Our client, a mid-size creative studio, is looking for an Integrated Project Manager join their team on a range of existing and new business clients. This role will begin immediately on-site in NYC.
What you'll be doing:
Act as a client-facing Project Manager, building strong relationships with your counterparts on the client side across all facets of the relationship: SOW creation, creative development, production and final hand-off.
Run the daily client communication across all projects.
Work into the Director of Project Management and partner with the various creative teams to bring to life best-in-class print and digital work.
Develop and actively manage all project timelines and budgets across various projects from digital banners to full website builds.
Run briefings for projects, deliverables and revisions in the clearest and concise way to ensure complete comprehension of timing and needs.
Scheduling and lead all internal meetings and client presentations.
Continuously aim to improve the team's working processes through problem-solving, streamlining of workflow and more.
Other tasks may apply.
4-5 years of professional Project Management experience in print and digital, and the branding space.
Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience.
Have led an integrated creative campaign project and can speak to/share your work with the hiring managers.
Experience with website development and possess a strong understanding of web technologies.
Knowledge of responsive web design and the processes to creating best in class mobile-first experiences.
Expertise in the print creative and production process across various mediums (e.g. direct mail, signage, collateral and packaging).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely organized while able to multi-task with the best of them.
Can stay calm, positive and motivational in the face of timeline and workload challenges.
