Our client, a healthcare-focused marketing and advertising agency, is in search of a Project Manager with a depth of Pharma Agency and digital advertising experience for a 1-3 month freelance project. This role will begin on-site immediately in New York City.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee the day-to-day management of digital creative projects from initiation through implementation and deployment.
Oversee and communicate project status and adjust resources and priorities accordingly.
Oversee client/account budgets through proper scope definition, risk management and change management protocols.
Ensure changing resource and project requirements are communicated to all members of the project team, and that the changes are understood by all members of the team.
Work with with senior team leads on project progress and risks.
Contribute to the creative process by assessing feasibility of the proposed solutions.
Contribute to the creative process by recommending new technologies.
Resolve conflicts through creative problem solving with strong decision-making skills that keep project teams motivated to overcome high-pressure situations, and ensure best possible results.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
Solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations.
Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality.
Other tasks may apply.
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in a Pharma agency setting.
2-3 years of digital advertising PM experience.
Experience with the creation and ownership of budgeting for digital, timelines, deliverables management across web, social, digital banners, digital video, etc.
Track record of developing agency relationships through gaining trust and successful delivery.
Robust knowledge of integrated agency workflows and inter-office operations.
Intimate knowledge of agency core disciplines and capabilities, including Account Management, Finance, Strategy, Creative, Studio, User Experience, Interactive Design, Social Media, and Digital Technology
Expertise in financial analysis, data management and related software (e.g. MS Excel, project leadership software, database applications, etc.).
