Our client, a Consumer Products Company, is seeking a freelance Associate Advertising Account Manager to join the Ad Sales team.

You will report to the Director, Digital Client Services and be responsible for:

  • Working as part of the Global Linear Operations team focusing on the functions of planning, account management, trafficking, scheduling and sponsorship for the linear business for networks.
  • Supporting digital advertising campaigns in the order management system and digital ad server
  • Aggregating data from various sources and producing reports to be used by the entire digital Ops team
  • Assisting the Account Managers (AMs) with various duties and efforts within the advertising campaign process.
  • Organizing and testing creative assets, coordinating and distributing campaign performance reports, providing screenshots to clients, assisting with billing and invoicing, and general campaign management assistance as determined by the business unit.
  • Providing a high level of client service to our internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years experience in a account role ideally supporting digital ad sales for an entertainment or sports brand
  • Strong understanding of Excel (particularly VLOOKUPs and PivotTables) and web-based systems
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to understand new technologies
  • Self-motivated with strong respect for a team environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
