Onward Search is looking for a Sr. Creative Project Manager for a 6-month+ contract with one of our premier clients. As the Project Manager, you’ll review RFPs and other Creative requests that come in before bringing the pitch to the Creative Director. You’ll be working with this teams Internal Agency, and as the initial PM you’ll be responsible for creating consistency

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of a project.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of a project.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Perform a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
  • Review scope of work with marketing and brand as well as the creative brief to ensure it has all the elements for a successful campaign/project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • PM workflow experience with programs like JIRA
  • Experience in managing design teams, creatives, and marketing teams
  • Impressive communication skills and reverence for details.
  • An understanding of how to create production schedules from concepting to delivery.
