Our client, a Fortune 500 tech company, is looking for a freelance Creative Producer. This opportunity is remote. They are looking to start someone ASAP, and it is an 18-month contract. Were looking for candidates with the following skillet and experience to fill the role. 

What you will be doing:

  • Produce creative campaigns and initiatives on the internal creative team for our E-Mail and Finance platforms.
  • Manage complex projects and all of the team members it takes to complete them.
  • Schedule meetings, setting deadlines, act as the liaison with internal clients, and organizing creative teams.
  • Oversee full lifecycle of campaigns from concept to execution across media, and file delivery including print, digital, OOH, DM, social, etc.
  • Act as Creative Department's point-of-contact with internal clients and work to establish goals, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Manage vendors for any outsourced projects.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • 6+ years of creative production/PM experience working directly with creative teams spanning from design, copy, web, video, social, and events.
  • Organized and obsessed with details.
  • Able to drive creative campaigns across multiple teams.
  • Great communicator - can run meetings, take phone calls, answer Slack messages, etc.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Google Suite, Keynote, PM software (Workfront, Monday, Wrike, Trello).
