Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Account Coordinator for a shopper marketing agency.

You’ll join the Client Partnerships team to support the front end of their core business.

As an Account Coordinator you’ll:

  • Proactively learn about the client's business needs and creative requirements.
  • Act as the liaison between design and production.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and manager their project needs, from initial brief to implementation within the studio through to final reveal.
  • Manage status updates and reporting.
  • Responsible for the highest quality of creative briefs that clearly communicate what the brand is trying to achieve.
  • Other tasks may apply.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency, retailer, or digital company.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Passion for shopper/retail for CPG of health and wellness brands.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth.
  • Comfortable working with clients; strong interpersonal skills.
