The Manager, Project Management for Digital oversees Digital Project Managers and ensures direct reports are performing within client's guidelines and process and that PM staff is meeting and or exceeding client expectations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years project management experience in an advertising agency and/or pharmaceutical company
  • A Bachelor’s degree in communication, advertising, or marketing
  • Demonstrated management of 2 or more direct reports
  • PMP preferred
  • Strong foundation in digital media such as Websites, Online media, Emails, and Interactive Application/Content Development and background in training project management professionals
  • Knowledge of digital delivery and project management platforms. Experience with Veeva Vault, JIRA, and/or Workfront is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating projects with cross functional teams within the organization; experience working with offshore teams is a plus (not required)
  • Proven track record as a strong team player
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues
  • Experience with leading strategy and process discussions
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects of medium to high complexity to successful completion; able to handle multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in managing ATL, BTL and Digital projects
  • Experience in artwork and production process is essential [life cycles and copywriting]
  • Strong client facing and presentation skills; Know and understand the client’s organization and market
  • Inspiring people management skills
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues
  • Ability to coach and develop members of the team
