Our client, a corporate real estate company located in New York City is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on-site as soon as possible.
What you'll be doing:
Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you will act as the liaison between creative and sales teams.
Build and monitor deal timelines and ensure the team's adherence to deadlines.
Partner with vendors to source clients and deal with team material needs.
Manage the marketing team process working with graphic designers, digital team and marketing counterparts.
Lead vendors in capturing imagery needed for marketing materials, including production-related tasks.
Provide team with in-depth market and competitive research analysis utilizing market intel reports, etc.
Act as lead for all marketing team vendor relationships.
Other tasks may apply.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Real Estate or similar.
3+ years of Marketing experience in Corporate Real Estate.
Brings experience with integrated marketing across Print, Digital and Marketing Collateral.
Extremely organized and can keep a tight hold on project management related tasks.
Must bring extreme attention to detail and be deadline-driven.
Be interested in a highly demanding and focused team environment.
Bring great presence in the room with the ability to communicate with higher-level executives.
