Our Client, a leading digital and social agency, is looking for a Senior Creative Account Manager to join their team. This position requires paid social and digital experience. It is currently hybrid, once a week in Long Island City, and starts as soon as possible.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, managing ongoing social work streams to ensure delivery of content and strategic solutions.
  • Be the main point of contact for internal agency team, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver recommendations and content.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure the team meets deadlines and stays on budget.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships to develop opportunities to grow business within existing and new potential clients.
  • Oversee and help grow mid-level Account Managers.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience working with creative teams.
  • Experience developing digital and social media campaigns, specifically paid social.
  • The main client is looking to add a fresh and comedic voice to their social media - must have a pulse on brands that put out funny content.
  • Able to connect with older Gen Z and younger Millennials.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience owning client relationships.
  • Experience in scoping agreements for new clients and upsells.
  • History of revenue management and developing and growing accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
