Our client, a healthcare focused advertising agency, is in search of a mid-level Copy Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience in the Pharma space. This role will begin with a brief freelance period with the opportunity for full-time conversion. The position begins immediately on-site in NYC.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working with an well-rounded team of account managers, strategists and art directors to develop new integrated Pharma campaigns across a range of clients.
  • Lead the conceptual development of campaign ideas.
  • Own ever element of the copy experience from concept through to hands on copy tasks including annotation of medical documents, script development, and short and long-form copy.
  • Execute creative across print, digital, web, email, headlines, video and more.
  • Present your copy work both internally and to clients, standing by your work and defending your strategy.
  • Partner with the team for the production of all creative work, traveling as needed on shoots, to client meetings, etc.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of Pharma copy experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Must have direct to consumer healthcare writing experience.
  • Experience with creative development for existing products, product launches and new business.
  • Execute creative across print, digital, web, email, headlines, video and more.
  • You bring a well-thought out, sharp perspective to your work.
  • Up to date portfolio with recent Pharma copy examples.
  • Confident with speaking internally and with clients to defend and sell creative ideas, and can push back if needed.
  • Formal medical training is NOT necessary for this position.
