Associate Creative Director, Copy (Contract to Hire)

Onward Search is looking for an Associate Creative Director (Copy) for a boutique multicultural advertising agency.

You’ll join the creative team to drive up the level of multicultural advertising from expected to extraordinary.

As Associate Creative Director (Copy) you’ll:

• develop campaigns and lead conceptualizing for 360 advertising campaigns including TV, print, digital, social and experiential – pushing culture forward through the clients’ brands.
• Responsible for the writing for a wide range of clients including automotive, television networks and ride sharing companies
• Be hands-on with the nuts & bolts, but be able to move into conceptual thinking at any time.
• Manage and direct productions partners to execute production of creative assets.

Skills & Experience needed:

• Experience in the multicultural/Latinx space, either through personal projects or professional.
• 7+ years of experience at a creative agency as a Copywriter with prior experience in the Sr. CW or ACD seat.
• An in-depth knowledge of pop culture and categories that push the limits.
• Knowledge or experience in the multi-cultural segments is a plus.
• You are a storyteller that shows through your work.
