Our client, a leading corporate communications firm, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their high-paced team. This role begins on-site in NYC as soon as possible.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working into the Creative Director and with your design team colleagues to create corporate communication assets across fact sheets, infographics, marketing collateral, websites, and CEO and Investor materials.
  • Lend your expertise on company marketing and new business projects which could include presentations, invites, and advertising.
  • Act as a steward for each brand you touch, ensuring brand standards are being met.
  • Partner with internal and external clients and vendors to ensure seamless execution of all projects.
  • Stay up to date on the best-in-class practices in the industry, looking to gain new knowledge and help raise the profile of your design team.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • 2-5 years of Graphic Design experience in a corporate communication, B2B or branding agency.
  • RESUME must be designed well, not just a word template. This is the first thing the hiring manager looks at and if it's poorly designed he won't even look at the portfolio. The portfolio must also be well-designed.
  • Expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint, working knowledge of Photoshop, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of digital including Sketch, HTML5, CSS, Wordpress and UX/UI Design.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media is a bonus.
  • Must have a strong understanding and usage of design principles, grids, typography, and clean aesthetic.
  • Ability to work within and outside of existing guidelines and templates.
  • Can create charts, graphs, infographics and more in Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping a calm and organized demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
