We are recruiting for a Graphic Designer IV within a 2D/Graphic Design team. In this role, you will use your excellent design skills and leadership to utilize Design Thinking, Applied Design and implement key initiatives across multiple touchpoints. You will contribute to and collaborate on comprehensive global strategy and goals for respective businesses, and communicate applications effectively as you direct teams on implementation.

  • You are adept at bridging design and business disciplines, evaluating and gauging appropriate risks and future opportunities.
  • Bringing Director-level, peer group influence and team leadership, you deliver a consistent message across programs, projects and partner engagements.
  • You will balance the company's goals with design and innovation objectives to achieve the Company’s goals.
  • Additionally, you exhibit an exceptional ability to partner on a globe scale, resulting in creation and completion of significant programs, generating growth of engagements and business.
  • This position is up to 75% hands-on design in a collaborative and supportive environment.

o Ten-to-sixteen years of design-related experience is required.
o A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is required.
o A broad understanding of design strategy methods and practices is required.
o Demonstrated experience guiding business partners through the design partners.
o Fluency in Adobe CSS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.
o Proven results managing myriad multi-disciplinary design teams is required.
o Understanding environmentally responsible design is required.
o Demonstrated strong visual, written and oral communication skills to execute project briefs is required.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
