Skills and Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of design-related experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is required.
  • A broad understanding of design strategy methods and practices is required.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding business partners through the design partners.
  • Fluency in Adobe CSS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.
  • Proven results managing myriad multi-disciplinary design teams is required.
  • Understanding environmentally responsible design is required.
  • Demonstrated strong visual, written and oral communication skills to execute project briefs is required.
