Independent fashion & pop culture publisher in NYC has an immediate need for a Junior Designer. This is a fully integrated position, and you will be working on a variety of projects. Projects included, but not limited to: marketing collateral, advertising, event signage, event invites, branding, logos, presentations, and much more. The key to success in this role will be strong executional design with the ability to work within existing brand guidelines.

Skills:

  • Strong design abilities in a variety of areas including line looks, logos, typography, basic structural studies and more
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas into solid designs
  • Ability to independently manage projects
  • Creative department trafficking skills

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of design experience
  • Experience with print and digital artwork
  • Experience with industry standard design software on a Mac
  • Up-to-date resume and portfolio
