Art Director (Fashion Creative)

 

Our client, a leading licensor of well-known fashion brands, is looking for an Art Director to join their team on a long-term freelance opportunity. This role requires in-office presence in NYC.

What you'll be doing:

• Concept, design and bring to life brand marketing content across digital properties including web, social and digital advertising communications
• Bring to life new creative ideas and support existing ideas through digital and print properties
• Lead the execution of all website creative assets leveraging your experience with UX/UI design skills
• Work within and be a champion of existing and new brand standards
• Lead and drive stewardship of all creative output, ensuring deliverables are met
• Partner with the Creative Director and Senior Art Director to deliver across a full spectrum of deliverables
• Drive the Art Direction and lead Art Direction for on-set photoshoots
• Other tasks may apply

About you:

• 5-8 years of experience in fashion Art Direction, having worked in an in-house or agency background
• Significant Photo Art Direction and on-set Art Direction experience for both still life and on-figure shoots
• Significant experience for pre and post-production graphic design, photography, motion and UX/UI
• Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Keynote
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to think both strategically and be able to dive in on executional design details
• You must have your own computer for this role
