Our client, a beauty brand in NYC, is hiring a Junior Digital Designer / Art Director to support the Design Director and Associate Design Director in the 360 creative concept, development and execution of omnichannel content (with an emphasis in video) including campaign activations, in-store visual merchandising collateral, social content, and online/digital for global programs and special projects.

This is a hybrid opportunity in NYC.


  • Partner with Design Director and Associate Design Director on design and junior art direction for campaigns and special projects. Collaborate with copywriters
  • Work with the team to concept and executed full campaigns that include full 360 content content
  • Execute against the entirety of the campaign that includes design for social, digital and print, including pre- and post-production, presentations, and artwork release
  • Participate in weekly creative department status and work closely with other members of the creative and creative operations team
  • Collaborate with the global marketing and social teams
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to
  • React to social trends and help to continually evolve the brand’s platforms


  • 1-3 years of related experience with strong design and junior art direction background
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, and Premiere
  • Strong interest in social content
  • Strong typography skills
  • Strong communication skills to be able to present to their manager
