Freelance Instructional Designer (Remote)

Our client, a Fortune 500 tech company, is looking for a Freelance Instructional Designer. This opportunity is currently remote. This project runs for 6 months, with the possibility to extend.

What you'll be doing:

• Working with subject matter experts to define needs for content
• Collaborate with team, business stakeholders, and contact center vendors
• Assist in developing eLearning and training content in topics such as sales, soft skills, products, tool, policies, and process
• Conduct content review meetings
• Understands RISE 360 and are able to transfer SCORM files
• Other tasks may apply

About you:

• 2-4 years of experience designing and developing training.
• Experience with customer service or contact centers a huge plus.
• Proficient inn RISE 360, Storyline 360, Piktochart, Vyond or other instructional designer tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML.
• Able to work independently , but can collaborate when need be.
• Thrive in fast-paced environment.
