Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Senior Graphic Designer for a leading tech company in the food space.

You’ll join the Brand Creative team to drive brand development from large 360 campaigns to performance marketing.

This position is hybrid on-site in New York City. Candidates must be local and willing to go into the office.

As a Senior Graphic Designer you’ll:

  • Drive the Art Direction of photo and video shoots as an on-set lead.
  • Drive brand development from large 360 campaigns to performance marketing, including but not limited to, TV, digital-focused assets, and print.
  • Act as design lead on projects that range from conceptual stage to final produced assets.
  • Work closely with the internal Copy team to create on-brand messaging for all campaign and tactical assets.
  • Work with the full Brand Creative team to ensure consistency and act as a steward of brand guidelines.
  • Other tasks will apply.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience across 360 campaigns including TV and/or performance marketing (Digital Ads, Paid Social, Emails).
  • Experience with video art direction working on brand led campaign and commercial shoots from concept to execution
  • Working knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software. (Bannersnack and Smartly are a bonus).
  • Experience mentoring or managing more junior designers.
  • Comprehensive and updated portfolio of your creative work.
  • Ability to have a diverse and unique vision that targets different audiences and mediums.
  • Willing to work with a lean, yet growing team, and contribute as needed.
