Our client, a leading skincare brand, is looking for a Digital Art Director / Designer to join their team on an ongoing freelance basis. This role begins remotely as soon as possible. Candidates must be local to the NYC area.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working closely with the Art Direction, Digital Marketing and Products team to deliver best in class digital design
  • Ideating and designing new concept directions for product launches and promotions
  • Responsible for taking projects from initial concept direction through execution of websites/landing pages, banners, emails, logo design, etc.
  • Lay out the UX and Wireframes for websites as mockups to be delivered to external development teams
  • Pitch design concepts to the broader creative team, marketing groups and other key stakeholders
  • Support Photo art direction ideas for launches
  • Other tasks may apply

Must have:

  • 5+ years of digital graphic design experience for beauty or luxury brands
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite with a specialization in Photoshop
  • You have a strong understanding of how Digital channels play into marketing of products
  • You are able to tie your design back to overarching product / brand marketing campaigns
  • You have the ability to work autonomously and problem solve as well as partnering with all necessary stakeholders
  • You have managed outside production vendors
  • You are deadline driven, and can handle yourself in times of high pressure
  • You have a portfolio of your creative design work
  • You must have your own computer for this role
