Onward Search is looking for a Jr. Research Analyst for one of our Broadcast Media Clients. This person will be responsible for research reporting and analysis for one of their networks.
Specifically, you will:
Prepare ratings summary reports for internal distribution
Provide research support to various departments across the company
Assist in development of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual ratings summary reports and analysis highlighting key trends
Prepare viewership demographic reports and analysis
Create custom research reports and analysis as needed to support various departments
Assist in tracking ratings for international channels
1 year of relevant research experience in the television industry
Experience using Nielsen TV ratings data and systems (a must!), including NPower and MyEvnts
Passion for television and quantitative work
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to think strategically to develop insightful reports
Strong attention to detail and number accuracy
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure w/ multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Ability to be self-motivated
