Boutique Branding Agency has an immediate need for an Operations Manager. This position has a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to: HR, Production, Office Management, and Finance.

Requirements:

  • You will be the point person for HR matters when it comes to paperwork for new hires, benefits administration, and other HR administration duties
  • You will be the point person for all office management related issues: maintenance, equipment, overall office appearance, and ordering of supplies
  • You will be the point person for some finance related duties: basic accounting with quickbooks - entering / paying invoices etc, maintain expense reports, assist with payroll
  • You will assist with overall production department: staffing / resourcing, work with vendors, maintain time sheets etc.
  • You will pitch in on IT support by being the main liaison to the support vendor, manage tickets, assist in hardware and software distribution
  • Experience with Mavenlink software is a plus!
