The Social Media Marketing Specialist will help develop and execute creative strategies for our Always-On campaign efforts. They will collaborate with internal and external agency partners to create content that not only drives business impact, but also aligns with our overarching social strategy.

Functional Specialties:
Strong copywriting skills, with understanding of social media platforms and trends, ability to apply both analytical and creative skills to day-to-day tasks, fast yet thorough. Past experience in reporting is preferred but not required.

The U.S. Content & Social Team utilizes social media to humanize and drive advocacy for the brand by creating best-in-class experiences that resonate with consumers. Our always-on approach to tackle this ever-changing landscape creates a fun, challenging and rewarding dynamic among team members. The U.S. Content & Social Team is a close-knit group looking for another passionate/motivated social guru!

Day-to-day activities include:

  • Provide campaign management support and coordinate with Community Manager to ensure publishing strategy is executed
  • Assist with social strategy, content creation (including always-on copywriting and creative direction), and media tactics
  • Stay abreast of social media trends, rapidly changing technologies, and online competitor presences.
  • Coordinate with Community Manager to ensure publishing strategy is executed
  • Assist with Legal and compliance approval process
  • Strong writing/editorial skills required to swiftly shepherd content through the legal approval process and offer constructive feedback on agency work


• The Ideal Candidate:

  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, ability and willingness to collaborate, advise and get hands dirty.
  • Experience Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), basic Photoshop a plus but NOT necessary
