Our client, a leading tech company in the food space, is looking for a Marketer to focus on their Direct Mail team. This is a permanent position that begins as soon as possible. The team is currently remote, returning to in-person work in NYC Q4 2020 when safe to do so.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the direct mail channel from start to finish, from up-front budgeting through to full execution and shipment of all direct mail marketing pieces
  • Continuously look for opportunities to learn from launches and optimize the team's output
  • Lead list selection and analysis to improve and deliver against campaign creative strategy
  • Stay up to date on the latest with Direct Mail, looking for opportunities to innovate and scale
  • Own campaign performance, tracking and optimizing growth strategies and influence decision making
  • Own Direct Mail budgets across marketing expenses, invoices, etc.
  • Partner with your internal counterparts across disciplines including finance, legal, brand and creative, and data science and analytics
  • Lead the relationship with external marketing agency teams
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Growth Marketing with a specialization in Direct Mail Marketing
  • Proven accounts of building and scaling marketing channels including Direct Mail
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets across Direct Mail and/or Print
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Tableau, Google Analytics, PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Fluent in direct response KPI's like CAC, CPA, CPM, CVR, LVT
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Must have a data-driven, analytical mindset and be extremely detail oriented
  • Must possess a strong interest in Direct Mail
