Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Hybrid On-Site)

Our client, a global electronics company, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their Rewards Program team. This is an exciting position for someone looking to break into the loyalty marketing business. This position is hybrid on-site in the NYC area.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of multi-channel personalized journeys for rewards members based on team objectives and goals
  • Work with a cross-functional team across marketing, creative (agency and internal), operations, and analytics, acting as the main point of contact for all content implementations
  • Create processes and templates to track and optimize personalized journeys at scale
  • Champion testing and learning strategies, regularly reviewing campaign performance data for optimization opportunities
  • Continuously look for opportunities to implement new and improved data and processes, ensuring campaigns are aligned with objectives
  • Work with the lifecycle engagement team to prepare and deliver updates on campaign performance to key stakeholders
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising with an interest in rewards and personalization
  • Possess some familiarity and interest in utilizing customer data platforms and CMS to support activities
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally across tactical planning, strategic execution, and relationship management
  • Possess strong project management and communication skills
