Marketing Data Analyst (Hybrid)

Our Client, a leader in the travel industry, is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst. This job is a hybrid work environment and starts ASAP.

What you'll be doing

• Continuously evaluate the structure and offerings of the companies credit card programs, and recommend any necessary changes based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Works closely with team members supporting existing card member marketing, acquisition efforts and live channel programs
• Compiles, tracks and analyzes program metrics and distribute monthly reports as needed
• Maintain competitive database of co-branded airline and consumer programs
• Ability to work with agencies and co-brand partners
• Partner with the finance and revenue accounting teams to ensure accurate cost and revenue forecasts are in place
• Act as the liaison with Customer Support teams as it relates to cardmember issues associated with the co-brand credit card program
• Other task may apply

About you:

• 4 years of marketing data analyst or insight experience
• Able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
• Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly collaborative
• Preferred experience in airline or loyalty programs
