Sr. Growth Marketing Manager (eCommerce)

Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Sr. Growth Marketing Manager for a great client of ours in the pet market!  This is a hands-on strategy and execution role, and it’s also hybrid in eastern NJ at least 1 time per month.  Candidates that have a dog will love this role!


You’ll join the Marketing team to increase online visibility, eCommerce conversion, and loyalty / customer retention, and you will also help contribute ideas on the creative side as well.

This position comes with a great salary and two levels of annual bonus!


As the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager you’ll: 

• Own the growth marketing strategy between in-house execution for paid media, and also manage the company’s agency of record that is handling Email Marketing and SEO
• Create digital marketing plans for the year, roll out, and use analytics on an ongoing basis to determine changes or needs for optimization
• Create strong, conversion-heavy campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and brand loyalty
• Manage and direct areas across forecasting, analytics, KPI’s, ROI, etc. and adjust as needed
• Determine marketing content needs to best match the audience of pet owners
• Manage the agency relationship as needed in regard to what marketing efforts they are responsible for and what they should be delivering
• Keep up to date via market research to help the brand stay competitive and top-of-mind

Sr. Growth Marketing Manager Experience Needed:  

• 5+ years of proven growth and success in digital marketing, eCommerce, and overall growth marketing
• Hands-on experience in strategy and execution for paid search and paid social, as well as sales funnels
• Skilled in Google marketing tools, and should have Google Ads certification
• Should have some experience with a major eComm platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or others
• Some form of experience working with brand identity and creative is very helpful and preferred

Pay: $125,000 - $140,000 yearly
