Our client, a full-service marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to join their team. This role is fully remote unless the candidate lives near one of their 3 offices (Greensboro, New York, San Antonio) then this role will be hybrid 2 days a week in office.

Role summary:

Looking for someone with analytics, design, content, research, UX and development teams to drive engagement and continual optimization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Alongside Client Service and Creative leads, be ultimately accountable for the measurable success of programs, campaigns, and projects developed for clients
  • Develop and implement digital, SEO, social and content strategies based on client’s business goals, market situation and audience need
  • Plan and guide the design and development of required digital platforms
  • Partner with in-house and client analytics teams to define KPIs and fueling the ongoing development of actionable insights
  • Contribute to the development and external positioning of blog posts, whitepapers, internal training, talent building and best practice developmentStay on top of emerging digital, social and content trends in order to optimize approach over time and bring a constant flow of fresh ideas to our clients and internal teams other tasks may apply

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field, 5+ years of B2C B2C digital strategy, digital marketing, or related experience. Agency-side experience preferred, fluency in cross-channel digital strategies. Hands-on experience deploying direct marketing, content strategy (print and digital), social media and email / CRM marketing efforts for established brands, Conversant in key elements of digital strategy: Analytics, SEO, Social, Email/CRM, digital platforms and website and mobile build outs, and optimization (A/B, multivariate), exceptional written and oral communication skills, fluent and credible in content marketing and brand content, ability to establish and cultivate client relationships at all levels.
