Freelance Project Manager (Remote)

Our client, a merchandise retail company, is looking for a Freelance Project Manager for a 3 month project with the potential to extend. This job is completely remote, but must work EST hours.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with the creative, marketing, and operational teams in channel planning, developing processes and timelines to ensure on-time delivery for creative campaigns
• Own the project from kick off to fulfillment
• Make sure to receive feedback and that it is clear and on-time for creative execution and revisions
• Establish and maintain efficient workflows, timelines, and processes
• Partner with agency partners and act as main contact for any external needs
• Schedule, lead and run productive milestone meetings, including creative kickoffs, reviews, presentations, and post-analysis meetings
• Encourage a collaborative approach and build relationships
• Ensure all relevant information has been provided to creative team
• Other tasks may apply

About you:

• 2+ years as a Project Manager in retail or agency setting
• Experience working with Email Service Providers, eCommerce platforms, and photo studios
• A strong understanding of agency and production vendor processes
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, project management and communication tools such as Workfront, Jira, Smart Sheet, Teams
• Energetic, self-motivated, organize and detailed oriented
• Familiarity with omni-channel campaigns and various project type including print, web, email, social, mobile, signage, brand, and packaging
• Team playing with great team building skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of creative process
