Our client, a leading sports and entertainment marketing company in the NYC area, is looking for a Freelance Print Production Coordinator for a 6 month project. This role begins remotely as soon as possible. Candidates must be local to the NYC area as this will move on-site when safe to do so.

Print Producer Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Project Manager in managing print aspects of multiple campaigns and ad hoc requests, across internal clients
  • Ensuring print assets reflect updated information across promotions, product features, etc.
  • Performing preflight checks before sending final files to printing vendors
  • Working within a project management tool to receive production/print requests and route back completed work
  • Partnering with Creative Team to bring print concepts to fruition
  • Driving production process and timelines with an effective sense of urgency
  • Ensuring processes are followed and internal approvals are achieved throughout the production process
  • Maintaining information and records on current and prior projects, materials, vendors, costs, etc.
  • Acting as point person for current production vendors and source new production vendors as needed for client projects
  • Managing print vendor invoices/payments and submit for client billing
  • Other tasks may apply

Print Producer Requirements:

  • Experience (3-5 years) with a diverse range of print production projects
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to pick up new programs/platforms quickly
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, ability to keep track of many moving parts at once, all while keeping things organized and sharing information with agency and client teams as needed
  • Proactive, anticipating needs to keep things running smoothly
  • Experience partnering with/managing production vendors
