IT Support Technician

One of our trendy streaming clients is looking to add multiple tech support specialists to their team in NYC. Must sit onsite!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Administration of IT systems such as email and centralized user management
2. Make sure printers, video conferencing systems, and other IT related equipment is functioning for all employees
3. Supporting OS X and Windows-based systems
4. Troubleshooting switches, firewalls, and mobile devices
5. Utilize configuration management tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune
6. Assist users at the IT Bar and in remote offices
7. Collaborate with a global team
8. Report back recurring issues or patterns to management
9. Placing equipment orders and asset management tracking

WHO YOU ARE:

1. You have a positive attitude with good energy, integrity, and accountability
2. You have the ability to solve problems, test, report, document, install, and train on software
3. You are proficient in supporting Google Suite environments
4. You are able to use remote management tools to provide technical support over the phone or Web
5. You have experience working with 3rd party vendors and system integrators
6. You work well in a geographically dispersed team setting, are able to multi-task and possess the ability to work in an ad-hoc/dynamic, rapidly changing environment with time-sensitive deadlines
