IT Technician

We are seeking an IT Technician to join our client, a Global Music Entertainment company for a ongoing consulting engagement. This will be an onsite position in NYC

Responsibilities:

• Administration of IT systems such as email and centralized user management.
• Make sure printers, video conferencing systems, and other IT related equipment is functioning for all employees.
• Supporting OS X and Windows-based systems
• Troubleshooting switches, firewalls, and mobile devices
• Utilize configuration management tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune
• Assist users at the IT Bar and in remote offices
• Collaborate with a global team
• Report back recurring issues or patterns to management
• Placing equipment orders and asset management tracking

Qualifications:

• You have a positive attitude with good energy, integrity, and accountability
• You can solve problems, test, report, document, install, and train on software
• You are proficient in supporting Google Suite environments
• You can use remote management tools to provide technical support over the phone or Web
• You have experience working with 3rd party vendors and system integrators
• You work well in a geographically dispersed team setting, can multi-task and possess the ability to work in an ad-hoc/dynamic, rapidly changing environment with time-sensitive deadlines
