Onward Search is partnering with a boutique agency here in NYC looking to add to their UX team. We are currently looking for a Creative Director level candidate with a background in UX. You must have experience with large scale, content heavy websites with the samples that show it to be considered. This is an on-site role in NYC.


  • Spearhead UX Strategy and Development of Websites, Apps and Web Applications
  • Shape and guide team's ideas to further fine tune
  • Supervise a team of designers and liaise closely with other departments
  • Ability to lead large scale projects
  • Monitor implementation process and project progress to ensure on time delivery
  • Liaise with clients presenting ideas, gain approvals and inform of project status


  • 8+ years UX Experience
  • Previous Team lead experience a must
  • Agency or consulting firm experience needed
  • Prior experience with corporate clients, higher education, and nonprofit is preferred.
  • Jira experience a plus
