Onward Search is partnering with a boutique agency here in NYC looking to add to their UX team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. Candidates must be ONSITE in NYC. You must have experience with large scale, content-heavy websites with the samples that show it to be considered. Prior experience with corporate clients, higher education, and non-profit is preferred.


  • Assist with UX Strategy and Development of Websites, Mobile Apps and Web Applications
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, personas etc.
  • Monitor implementation process and project progress to ensure on time delivery
  • Liaise with clients presenting ideas, gain approvals and inform of project status
  • Other tasks may be required


  • 3+ years of UX Experience
  • Agency or consulting firm experience needed
  • Can distill complex site information into simple, easy to navigate site architectures
  • Experience working on complex content-based sites and content management systems
  • Understanding of heuristic site evaluations and competitive analysis
  • Experience analyzing user research observation and translating them to design decisions is a must

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
