  • Drive the planning and execution of multiple digital projects internally with cross-functional team and externally with clients and vendors
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional lead and agency stakeholders to define and redefine project specifications, functional requirements and final deliverables as an aspect of scoping (building estimates and scopes of work) to support Digital Production
  • Balance and manage scope, time, cost, process, risk and quality
  • Confirm definition of project tasks and drive project plan build (milestones and timing)
  • Resolve critical timeline issues and implications (internally or externally driven)
  • Lead resource management build (assigning roles) and interface with functional leads for resource allocation in both onshore and offshore production teams
  • Manage third party vendors or offshore partners as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates
  • Provide superior communication and direction to the project team as you guide the overall process of the project
  • Track project deliverables, reporting on project burn, schedule and budgets, developing change orders as needed based on scope changes and/or project priorities shifting
  • Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback, making modifications to deliverable's
  • Ensure that all projects meet accepted best practices in usability and web site design and support agency and client developed branding and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor and redirect project progress with keen focus toward risk management
  • Establish and enforce a streamlined workflow of agency project-related processes
  • Identify and mitigate any issues that can delay or increase costs of a project
  • Maintain portfolio of 3rd party vendors and work to educate the producer team of capabilities
  • Review all activities to support project close out and any retrospective requirements (reconciliation, etc.)
  • Develop monthly P&L reports for assigned client work streams
  • Manage on-boarding new team members for process and procedures
  • Manage in mentoring junior staff
  • Identify areas of optimization in process and project-related reports (status, financial)
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
