Our client is seeking a Sr. Paid Media Specialist on a direct-hire basis in Raleigh, NC. You will execute digital media campaigns for some of the world's most iconic brands. In this role, you will focus on driving media results for clients while helping identify how they can better connect with their audience and generate more demand and leads. The ideal candidate has a breadth of digital marketing experience with specific focuses in the following areas: media planning, buying and measurement.


  • Activating, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest, as well a Paid Search via Google Ads and programmatic display campaigns
  • Management of daily platform activities in adherence to frequency requirements, desired engagement and overall performance
  • Analysis and development of insights to inform the creation of optimal content and assets.
  • Reporting on daily/weekly pacing and progress of tactics toward monthly/quarterly/annual target performance metrics
  • Completion and delivery of tasks and deliverables on time with accuracy, consistency and according to project expectations
  • Working directly with clients or client service teams to understand the needs and business objectives of the clients marketing strategy
  • Shaping media reporting and making optimization recommendations and media insights to the client based on trends in the data
  • Partnering with cross-disciplinary teams of Centerline employees and clients to measure and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Partnering with the Paid Media Director, Account Directors, Account Managers, Creative Directors and others to proactively identify opportunities for clients to drive better results through digital media campaigns


  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience within a relevant field, plus a bachelor’s degree
  • Hands-on experience working on campaigns for owned channels and platforms at an agency or within an organization in a marketing capacity
  • Effective and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain your work and thought process to internal and external clients
  • LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO and/or any digital marketing channel or platform-specific certifications
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in multiple media ad buying platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, and Programmatic DSP’s
  • A keen interest in continual, self-motivated learning, and sharing relevant business information and inspirational resources
  • A passion for working with highly creative and motivated people
  • Preferred Experience/Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, AdWords, Pardot, HubSpot, Demandbase
