Why this is the role for you:

Our client is looking for a (PERMANENT ROLE) UX Interaction Designer to help create new features and products within their media intelligence platform. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and the rest of the UX team.


  • Lead the design effort for specific application features from initial requirements to release
  • Facilitate whiteboarding sessions with select team members to ideate and explore solutions
  • Create low and medium fidelity mockups that are guided by their evolving design system
  • Collaborate with product and UX to clearly understand customer needs
  • Be prepared to articulate a user focused approach to your work
  • Work with UX research to identify and support opportunities within your projects for contextual inquiry and user observation testing
  • Encourage adherence to design standards and contribute to component and pattern library initiatives
  • Iterate with engineering teams during feature development

What you need to bring along with you:

  • 5+ years of experience as a user experience or interaction designer
  • Experience leading projects or product design efforts from concept through execution
  • A strong portfolio including examples showing process and final outcome
  • Experience working with engineering and product management teams across multiple locations
  • Experience working on web-based applications and agile development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
