Our client, an innovative beauty + skincare brand, is looking for a Online Content Manager with 3+ years of experience.

This Online Content Manager will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence. In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading site content, this person will also work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development. The Online Content Manager will also be responsible for crafting site promotions, emails, social content and online outreach campaigns. The Online Content Manager must have a strong technical background in addition to the creativity required to develop responsive, interesting original content. Traditional writing skills and expertise in New Media is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring performance and metrics to identify best practices.
  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
  • Develop, create, and schedule all our emails in Listrak as well as manage emails performance
  • Collaborate with our development team to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Create and publish a monthly blog
  • Update homepage imagery based on events and seasons
  • Develop, create and manage content for our all social platforms
  • Manage our influencers’ program on Socialix
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory


  • Experience as a Content Manager
  • Hands on experience with Listrak (email marketing platform), WordPress and Photoshop
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Hands on experience with social media channels
  • Excellent writing skills (i.e. copywriting experience, email campaign experience, and managing blogs)


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
